Multifamily Subdivision

Our first affordable housing subdivision partners with the developer of a multi-housing gated community with the first HOA.  Development for the low-to-moderate-income residents in the underserved community on the East side of Temple Texas. Crestview Estate is located between South 26th Street and South 30th Street and E Avenue J and E Avenue N. We are excited to be part of this 1st Affordable Single Family Home Development in District 2 with over 71 units. Each development we have in the future will have the same signature community amenities to include green space for the play, a playground, community garden, dog park, and clubhouse which will have its own amenities of the meeting room, kitchenette, laundry, and weight room.

The clubhouse can be used for large family gatherings, movie nights, education training, after-school tutoring, and many more things you can think of.

Zoё’s Wings will promote the awareness, groundbreaking, and funding of this much-needed development.
